Managing a farm means keeping track of all the details, big and small. Some need attention now, and others you'll want to remember later. To make this easier, we've introduced Map Pins in the Halter app.

How does it work?

1. Drop a pin anywhere on your farm. Simply press and hold on the map to add a pin at an exact location.

2. Choose an icon. Whether it’s a water leak, a hazard, or a piece of equipment, select an icon that makes it easy to identify.

3. Add notes for you and your team. Leave a short description so everyone knows what to do when they return to that spot.

4. See all your pins at a glance. Your pins are viewable anytime you're looking at your farm map; yep, even on Halter for Web!

5. See your pins even when you're drawing breaks. If a pinned area needs to be avoided, or you need to include a hay bale in your break, you'll see it clearly!‍
